To ensure the cheapest shipping fee for you, I've researched on reviews for the courier services that I will be using.I will not be using PHLPOST, as their tracking is unreliable and packages can be lost. MyKartero is a self-service private shipping center in the Philippines. Reviews online say that although rates are a little higher than the post office, it is more reliable. I have already spoken and inquired about their services as well! :)Estimated Package Sizes:
• 60 - 300 grams
• 16 x 26.5 cm (height: 5cm)
• GGX will be using the small pouch (9.5in x 14in)
• No need to worry about the pouch for MyKartero as there is no additional fee.The estimated international price above is per package. Note that it is subject to change. What are group orders?
Group orders started in the K-Pop fandom, as a way for their fans to purchase albums/merchandise abroad. It is essentially a way for people to purchase items into a collective or shared cart, while reducing expensive shipping costs.How do they work?
G.O.s are led by "managers," who are fans themselves. They start by announcing that they will host a group order, usually via twitter or among friends and you can message them to join. The process is usually as follows:1. Participants fill a form sent by the manager. This is where you put your information and order(s).2. The shipping fee is split among the members. Payments are sent and the order is placed.3. When the package arrives, the manager will receive it and distribute the orders to their respective recipients. Please note that there is still a separate shipping fee for your local area.That being said, the only person the seller (me) will be communicating with regarding the order is the G.O. manager.Things To Take Note Of
• Make sure you trust the G.O. manager! There have been a few cases where the manager ghosts the group. You can usually check if they've done G.O. hosting in the past!
• Read their terms regarding how their process goes.
• You are 100% sure about the purchase.
• Be aware of the deadlines.
